Graphic Designer for Weekly Tasks

I'm in search of a dedicated graphic designer, to work on a weekly basis, creating a variety of designs for me.
The Scope of Work:
- Designing Banners: You'll be responsible for designing banners that are primarily utilized for promoting my products or services. This is a crucial aspect of our marketing strategy.
- Crafting Reels: I need a designer who can create engaging reels, as they're increasingly popular for promoting products and services on social media.
- Crafting Newsletters: You'll also be tasked with creating visually appealing newsletters, which are pivotal in keeping my customers engaged and up-to-date with any promotions or news.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency with graphic design software and tools.
- A solid understanding of the principles of design.
- Previous experience in creating banners, reels, and newsletters is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to ensure my vision is executed effectively.
