About the Company
We operate a consumer-facing web application that allows users to earn rewards by testing apps, games, and completing offers. The platform is live, in production, and actively used by real users. It integrates third-party services, user authentication, and dynamic content to deliver a smooth, reliable experience.
Our focus is on building a stable, trustworthy, and user-friendly product. We prioritize reliability, performance, and clarity over quick hacks or short-term fixes. As the platform grows, we’re looking for a developer who can help maintain the application, resolve technical issues, and improve the overall user experience.
We value clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and developers who take ownership of the systems they work on. This role is intended to be ongoing, supporting both day-to-day maintenance and longer-term improvements as the product evolves.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong UI/UX sensibility to support a live consumer-facing web application. This role focuses on evaluating and improving the visual clarity, layout, and user experience across key user flows, particularly after login and during offer interactions.
This is a hands-on role that requires using the platform as a real user to understand how design decisions impact usability, clarity, and conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Log into the web application and review the visual UI across key pages
- Start and review at least one offer flow to assess layout, clarity, and visual hierarchy
- Identify design-related friction, confusion, or inconsistency
- Evaluate typography, spacing, color usage, and CTA clarity
- Suggest visual or layout improvements to improve usability and trust
Requirements:
- Experience in graphic design, UI design, or digital product design
- Strong understanding of UX principles for web applications
- Comfortable navigating live platforms and user dashboards
- Ability to clearly articulate design feedback and recommendations
- Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools preferred
During the interview, you should be prepared to discuss:
- Visual or layout issues you noticed after login
- Any confusing or cluttered sections of the UI
- How design could better guide users through the offer flow
- One visual improvement you would prioritize first
Working Style
We value practical, user-centered design decisions, clear communication, and thoughtful feedback grounded in real usage.
