Graphic Designer for Vegan T-Shirt Brand (Freelance / Ongoing)

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and passionate graphic designer to help create unique, eye-catching T-shirt designs for our vegan and plant-based apparel brand. The ideal candidate must be able to work collaboratively with the Brand Director, bringing fresh ideas while staying aligned with our mission and vision. If you have a strong eye for illustration, typography, and ethical fashion, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Create original vegan-themed T-shirt designs (quotes, illustrations, typography, and creative graphics).
• Collaborate closely with the brand director to ensure all designs align with the brand’s identity and messaging.
• Deliver high-quality, print-ready files (PNG, AI, SVG, or EPS) with transparent backgrounds.
• Stay up to date with trends in veganism, sustainability, and ethical fashion to create relevant, engaging designs.
• Be open to feedback and make revisions as needed to refine designs.
Requirements:
Strong ability to work in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
Experience in T-shirt design, branding, or illustration.
Portfolio showcasing vegan, ethical, eco-friendly, or minimalist designs (preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Procreate.
Understanding of Print-on-Demand (POD) design requirements (color modes, DPI, etc.).
Passion for veganism, sustainability, or ethical fashion (big plus!).
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have):
• Experience with POD platforms.
• Ability to create animated or social media graphics for marketing.
• Knowledge of merchandising and branding strategies.
