Graphic Designer for Sales Materials

I am in need of a graphic designer to create brochures for my sales materials. I am open to the designer's creativity and do not have any specific color scheme or brand guidelines to follow. I would like to have a logo, a one-page "services offered" flyer, and a more specific and in-depth "services offered" brochure (up to 10 pages) designed.
