Graphic Designer for Feasibility Report document creation

I'm in need of a proficient graphic designer with a knack for creating a clear and attractive report. Specifically, I'm looking for brand-aligned design of corporate reports.

Requirements:

- Comfortable creating clear, attractive, business like reports.
- Quick turnaround time.
- Portfolio of past report design projects.

Ideal Skill Set:

- Advanced knowledge in using document design software,
- Prior experience in designing corporate documents and reports, preferably setting out feasibility reports.
- Strong communication and understanding of designing for different corporate audiences.
- Ability to take direction, as well as creative initiative.

Notes:
- Core content (text, tables, drawings, photos) will be produced by others, it then will just need making look professional in a single report document. c 15000 words, 30 pages, turned round in 1 week.
