Work hours: Flexible. With group call on Sunday. OK if done with other jobs
Overview: We are seeking a talented graphic designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating math worksheets for us. These are used by students of grade 1 to 5 in India, US and Canada. A high quality creative output is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Worksheets: Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand worksheets for elementary school students. These have to bring out the math in an intuitive way for the learner. Our team will support with math.
Collaborate with Content Creators: Work closely with educators and content developers to understand the educational objectives and bring those ideas to life visually.
Consistency Across Materials: Maintain consistent design styles, fonts, and branding elements across different projects while ensuring that each worksheet is unique and engaging.
File Preparation: Prepare final designs for print and digital formats, ensuring they are ready for distribution and easy to use by teachers and students.
Revise Designs: Implement feedback from educators or the project team to refine and improve the final product.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Previous experience in graphic design, particularly in creating content for kids (portfolio required).
Design Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of other tools like Canva, AI tools is a plus.
