Graphic Designer: brand kit + website graphics + social media
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
Needs to hire 5 Freelancers
I. What I am looking for:
Looking to hire a graphic design to create social media graphics, design assets for landing pages, and create a brand kit.
*I am looking for a rookie who knows the BASICS with a spectacular design eye who wants to be hired for a full time position in the future with room for growth and consistent pay.
You will receive precise guidance from me on typography, colors, and design styles. You will be required to create design assets for our web developer to add to landing pages, and our social media manager to add to our accounts.
While creating design assets we will be working on building a branding booklet as well.
Again, you will receive step-by-step guidance, so I am NOT looking for someone who is an expert designer who has their own work process and flow in creating brand kits.
II. Basics I expect you to have in your toolkit:
1. PDF layout/ design: understand how to use WHITESPACE to enhance design
2. How to find, download, and use clean typography
3. Clean & elegant design eye
4. Adobe software (or similar) -- canva is "okay" as long as you are editing in another software for a more premium design feeling. -- adobe software mastery will be prioritised
III. Personality requirements:
- you must work quickly and be willing to watch Youtube tutorials for design techniques that you do not know.
- bubbly and happy personality
- interested in spirituality, mindset, and self development
- SPECTACULAR attention to details, while still ALWAYS meeting deadlines.
- great communication
- you must LOVE graphic design. Specifically GRAPHIC design in a digital format. Creating templates, typography, colors, powerpoint slides, PDFs.
IV. Hiring Process + Hours
- you will first be placed through an initial paid trial period
- if you pass the initial trial period you will be put into a 3month paid period to track your work ethic
- if after the initial 3 month paid period you do well, you will be offered a permanent ful-ltime position
