Graphic Designer / UI/UX / Web Developer
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We're not looking for another designer who makes "pretty" graphics. We need someone who designs to CONVERT.
We own multiple high-performing brands in finance and e-commerce. We're spending serious money on traffic, and we need creatives that turn that traffic into revenue—not just likes and shares.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO:
Social Media Graphics (50% of role):
- Create scroll-stopping social media posts that drive engagement AND conversions
- Design graphics for paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Test multiple creative variations to beat control ads
- Work with our media buyers to understand what's converting
Examples of quality we're looking for

Web development (50% of role):
- Build high-converting landing pages using Figma and Framer
- Design landing pages & advertorials that feel native but sell hard
- Create UI/UX components that guide users toward taking action
- Optimize existing pages based on conversion data
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Non-Negotiables:
- Figma mastery - You live in Figma and can build UI/UX systems
- Conversion-focused mindset - You understand that design exists to drive business results
- Portfolio of high-converting work - Show us pages/ads that actually made money. Don’t apply if your portfolio is full of "concept work" instead of real client results
- Fast execution - We move quickly and need someone who can keep up. Don’t apply if you take more than 24 hours to turn around graphic design work.
**The following are not necessary but will be advantageous when we qualify you for the role:**
- AI-powered workflow - Proficient with Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar tools for rapid ideation
- Framer expertise - Can build and deploy landing pages, not just design them
- Copywriting skills - Understand how copy and design work together to convert
- Video editing - If you are capable of creating motion graphics, short-form video content, etc.
SALARY:
Fixed base salary + Per-post payment for social media content + Commission based on performance (we track everything) + Long-term equity/growth opportunity as our brands scale
