Graphic Designer - Pinterest Help & More

Greetings!
I'm looking for the right person to help with Graphic Design formatting for an illustration project I'm working on. I specifically need help with the formatting images into a book (so I can continue to focus on creating). I might need help with converting the images from raster to vector. You can use my Canva Pro account for this. I then need it exported to PDF.
When you're caught up on the formatting side of things I could use your help with creating pins for Pinterest.
Each article I have on my website should have 2-3 pins made for it, both image & video pins. I have over 1,300 articles and more being written every day. You can use my Canva Pro account. You'll need to include the title / description / link / hashtags for each pin.
On a scale from 1-10, please rate yourself on the following: (10=best)
1. Pinterest
2. Graphic Design
3. Canva
4. Raster to Vector conversion (how would you do this?)
5. Photoshop
6. Illustrator
7. Wordpress website design (not sure if I need help with this but just wondering your experience level)
