Graphic Designer Needed for T-Shirt Design Project

I'm seeking a talented graphic designer with a flair for urban aesthetics to create t-shirt designs in typographic, graffiti, and abstract styles.

Our mission is to inspire and uplift individuals through stylish, street-inspired apparel that embodies boldness and personal growth. We design clothing that resonates with a diverse audience, particularly those who appreciate unique, motivational, and urban fashion styles.
Job Description:
We are looking for a freelance graphic designer to create a series of T-shirt designs that align with our brand's identity and values. This is a one-time project with the possibility of future collaborations based on performance and design fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Create Unique T-Shirt Designs:
Develop 5-10 original T-shirt designs that capture the core themes of our brand: Renewing, Reimagining, and Rebel.
Designs should be bold, visually striking, and suitable for streetwear fashion, appealing to a young, urban audience with a taste for motivational and rebellious aesthetics.
Incorporate Brand Elements:
Utilize our specified color palette (black, green, white) and incorporate motivational graphics, phrases, or imagery that align with our brand themes.
Ensure designs reflect the streetwear style that is central to our brand identity.
Deliver High-Quality, Print-Ready Files:
Provide final artwork in print-ready formats (AI, PSD, PNG, SVG) suitable for different T-shirt printing methods (screen printing, DTG, etc.).
Ensure designs are adaptable for printing on various T-shirt colors and materials, maintaining high quality and visual appeal.
Revisions and Feedback:
Be open to feedback and revisions to ensure the designs meet project requirements and align with our brand standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showcasing T-shirt or apparel designs.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and design principles relevant to streetwear and urban fashion.
Ability to work independently and deliver designs within the specified timeline.
Knowledge of current fashion trends, especially in streetwear and youth-oriented fashion.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience designing for apparel, specifically T-shirts.
- Knowledge of different T-shirt printing techniques and their requirements.
- An understanding of motivational and street-inspired design aesthetics.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating typographic, graffiti, and abstract design styles
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Excellent understanding of minimalist design principles.
