Graphic Designer Needed for Photo Editing

I'm seeking a talented graphic designer who can enhance a landscape photo by incorporating classic-style award icons and titles. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of classic design aesthetics. The award titles will need to be positioned at the top of the photo.
