Graphic Designer Needed for Certificates and Badge Template Creation

We are looking for a skilled entry level graphic designer to create a series of certificates and badge templates for various academic and non-academic programs. The templates should reflect a mix of modern, elegant, fun, and traditional styles, targeting different academic and non-academic domains (healthcare, science, arts, events, food, cultural activity etc).

We are looking forward for 100 certificates and 50 badges templates to start with. This can be an on-going work, as we intend to do couple thousand templates. Details about scope, requirements and process is enclosed in requirement document attachment. There is a reference image to show what a certificate and badge may look like (of course reference is AI generated and not meant to reflect any deliverable reference. For that please follow requirements in document).
