Graphic Designer Needed on Monthly Retainer Basis

We create content for the social media (Instagram and Facebook) of small businesses. We are looking to expand our team of designers. This role will ideally be filled by those who have experience creating social media graphics, understand English, can follow branding guidelines, work-based off of samples, and work overseas such as the Philippines, etc.

Please have a portfolio that shows social media based graphics. Must provide a sample.
