Graphic Designer Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD

We are looking for creative individuals to join us as a Graphic Designer... We'll be creating lots of the material in the attached file below, so it's important that you check and see if it's something you can pull off.
Responsibilities:
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with branding/creative manager to produce final design
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant experience is required
Prior experience designing in the Real Estate industry is advantageous
Has a good eye for design and is capable of keeping up with current trends
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
