Graphic Designer and Management Executive for Marketing Agency
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We’re looking for a dedicated, results-driven professional to help us grow our client base. This is a commission-only role with lifetime earning potential — ideal for someone who is confident in outreach and client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling
- Book meetings with e-commerce business owners and service-based entrepreneurs.
- Cold Emailing & Messaging
- Reach out to potential clients through targeted campaigns.
-Client Closing & Onboarding
- Present SleekFeed’s services.
- Ensure smooth onboarding after a client signs.
- Account Management
- Maintain communication with your signed clients.
- Assist the creative/ads team with small tasks (e.g., collecting brand assets, coordinating graphics).
Earnings & Commission Structure:
- First 3 months per client: 30% of monthly retainer.
- After 3 months: 15–20% of monthly retainer for as long as the client stays with the Agency.
- Average client value: ₹40,000/month — close 5 clients and earn ₹30K–₹40K+ monthly passive income.
