I am looking for a talented graphic designer who specializes in banner design for my Linkedin Company profile. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating visually appealing banners for marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
- Expertise in creating banners for online platforms such as Linkedin
- Proficient in designing banners that effectively convey the company's message and brand identity
- Familiarity with optimizing banner designs for different screen sizes and resolutions
- Ability to work within the specified dimensions of 1584x396
Skills and Experience:
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous banner design work
