Graphic Designer

Develop and execute graphic design strategies for marketing campaigns.
- Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers and freelancers.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure design consistency.
- Create a wide range of marketing materials including social media creatives, banners, product packaging,
Amazon A+ content, etc.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
- Monitor the performance of creatives (CTR, engagement) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, photographers, and design agencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of design principles including hierarchy, typography, color theory, and color
psychology.
- Motion graphics and basic animation skills are a plus.
- Strong creative thinking and an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
