UI/UX/Graphic Designer

Briefly, I need a graphic designer with UI/UX experience for the web stuff. I have some prototypes elements in html and css. I want to finish the project and add more items to my projects by generating backgrounds, color palettes also make responsive design for these elements.
The wireframes and designs should be done in FIGMA (important) .
