Graphic Designer
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Conceptualize and design brand-consistent projects for social media and website projects with little supervision.
-Collaborate with a team of founders, writers, videographers, audio staff, and animation staff to conceptually develop and brainstorm content.
-Perform general production work including formatting, photo editing and processing, and resizing existing work.
-Responsible for designing and producing multiple projects with high accuracy.
-Design eye-catching graphics that communicate the brand and content in visually engaging ways.
-Responsible for all aspects of projects, including composition, typography, color studies, and preparing files.
-Develop and maintain an organized and searchable archive for all artwork.
-Consistently research, identify and share current industry trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Ability to create graphics for website and social media with little supervision
-Work collaboratively in a team setting and with our video, audio, and animation staff
-Ability to communicate information clearly (verbally and written)
-Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
-Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistently review work for quality
-Some minor motion graphics experience is a plus
- Familiarity with the latest image editing software
-Familiarity with Asana, Canva, Excel, and Google Drive.
