Graphic Designer

We are searching for a Graphic Designer to join and support our growing marketing team with various design projects including conceptual design, setting timelines, and designing visual elements for both print and digital formats, while adhering to brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will use a variety of graphic design software and programs, including Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign) to design the layout and format for digital and print graphic design content for various marketing and communications needs. 

Responsibilities:
- Communicates directly with internal employees to clarify design specifications, share design drafts, providing excellent customer service from project concept to completion
- Collaborates closely with the entire marketing team to complete design requests as directed
- Keeps an archive of completed projects as packaged InDesign files in a shared file system
- Maintains and updates design templates

Requirements:
- Experience using Adobe Creative suite-primarily InDesign
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational, time management and priority setting skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information with a wide diversity of individuals
