Graphic Designer

We are searching for a Creative Graphic Designer to join and support our growing team. As a graphic designer, you will assist with the day-to-date marketing needs. This includes but is not limited to print marketing (Flyers, Brochures, Postcards, etc), social media marketing, ads, minor copywriting, websites, and email marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating unique marketing for each listing - this includes print and online marketing
- Create forms that will be used in marketing - print and digital versions
- Design magazine advertisements from concept to print-ready artwork
- Photo retouching
- Undertake creation of social media graphics for use online
- Organization of files
- Copy Writing
- WordPress

Requirements:
- Detail-oriented
- Knowledge and advanced use of Adobe Creative Suite
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain stylistic choices within the brand
- Excellent communication
