Graphic Designer
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are searching for a Graphic Designer to join and support our growing team. In this role you will work on a variety of projects with a team of Designers, Interns and the Creative Director. You will be proactive and use your critical thinking skills to process, react and solve problems with business partners. You will promote the client, brand by delivering high quality design that elevates Client experiences, communicate and facilitate the art direction and formatting of design deliverables and produce necessary communications pieces in both digital and print environments for a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Designing web and social media graphics, animated gifs, infographics, presentations, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Managing production of digital and/or print pieces from conception to completion.
- Designing original pieces that meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WGAC) standards.
- Collaborate internally as well as with clients to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms (digital/interactive, presentations, & print).
- Liaising with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintaining brand consistency for all projects.
Requirements:
- Strong creative, organizational, collaborative, problem solving and time-management skills.
- Experience creating material that meets WCAG accessibility standards.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite software (Acrobat Professional, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Attention to visual details.
