The Primary Care Collaborative Cancer Clinical Trials Group, or PC4, is a non-profit organisation of researchers working in primary care with a focus on cancer.

As a Graphic Designer, you will work on a range of exciting projects that highlight our achievements in accelerating the forefront of cancer research in Australia.

Reporting to the Communications Coordinator, this opportunity is suitable for a creative and driven team-player who is interested in the health research sector as well as collaborating to learn and grow their talents.

This is an ongoing casual contract (up to 1 day a week). Some experience in graphic design is necessary, as you will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced team that regularly communicates with a wide range of stakeholders in cancer research.

Key responsibilities
- Produce engaging digital content (e.g. website pages, newsletters, podcasts) and print (e.g. brochures, posters, flyers)
- Create social media content for LinkedIn and Twitter
- Design annual reports to be circulated to key stakeholders

Key skills and qualifications:
- Completion of, or currently completing a degree with a focus on graphic design
- A keen team player with communication and collaboration skills
- Produce a diverse and high quality design portfolio
- Experience working with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), Microsoft Office suite, website management (e.g. Wordpress), newsletter platforms (e.g. Mailchimp), and social media channels. Knowledge of video editing and animation software is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members
- Attention to detail, organised and efficient
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
