Graphic Designer
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We require a graphic designer skilled in inDesign, Illustrator and photoshop to mark up aerial images for real estate marketing.
Job Requirements include:
Applying Brand (Colour Pallet, Typography, Logos, etc.) to aerials
Mark Up Property Boundaries & Dimensions
Mark Up Major Streets
Mark Up POIs with aerial pins
Apply retail logos to locations
What you will receive for the job:
- Concept in .ai file format, includes (Colour Pallet, Typography, Logos, etc.)
- up to 6 jpg aerial images
- brief on Power Point, noting location and requirements of graphic elements on aerial images
What we require to receive back from you:
- Marked up Aerial images in inDesign file format
- Working file with all graphical elements utilised
We would like a fixed price per image mark up. Please send examples of any recent works similar to the above brief that you have done.
