Graphic Designer

I have a couple of images of a logo I've produced in powerpoint and I need these reproduced/reconstructed in Illustrator or the like so that I have vector versions and the Illustrator source files (*.ai).

Amends might be needed to the kerning etc to make it a polished finished product. The finished logo dimensions spacing should not deviate much at all from the uploaded logo files.

It is a black logo but I will need versions produced that are:
- on a transparent background
- on a white background
- a reversed white on black version
- white on transparent

I will need appropriate file formats and sizes to use on the web/email and rasterized version suitable for printing (besides the vector versions).

The logo has both an icon and text and I will need stand alone versions of them (for the same usage as specified above for the whole logo).
- isolated icon
- isolated business name
- isolated business name + location text

Fonts used are Gotham Medium and Gotham Book
