Graphic Design work - Basic task using ind, ps, and ai

Need help combining current tasks of my businees into one job or tasks that one person/team of people can handle. Involves some basic functions of three adobe apps, ind, ai, and ps. I can show exactly what the tasks are and how they are done but need someone/a team who can handle them efficiently and ensure they are performed correctly.
