Graphic Design for Tutoring Website: Logo & Illustration (Digital)

Hi Freelancers,
I hope you are doing well. I'm looking for a graphic designer to design and illustrate a digital logo and several visual elements for our tutoring company's website. Our brand identity is professional yet playful, aiming to appeal to children and parents. To capture this, we are aiming to create anthropomorphised, cartoon-style visuals that are professionally designed and illustrated.
You will be working alongside our UI/UX designer and web developer to:
- Generate a creative vision for our website, then
- Actualise that vision by designing & illustrating whatever visual elements are needed.
Key Details:
- Tight budget limit of $150 AUD.
- 1 logo.
- Estimated 6 - 10 illustrations (based on creative vision and website design).
- Create digital vector illustrations from illustrations briefs.
- Responsible for creative direction of website alongside web design/development team.
- Responsible for illustrating visual elements to actualise creative vision of website.
- Estimated ~3 week project timeline.
Essential skills and experience:
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and/or other relevant digital graphic design software.
- Experience in designing for websites.
- Understanding of creating designs that are both playful and professional.
- Strong creative drive and inspiration.
- Comfortable working from illustration briefs and creating accurate visual illustrations from text descriptions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with our web designer and developer.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines.
