Graphic Design for a Strategic Plan

I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to help me develop the design for my strategic plan. The overall tone I would like the design to convey is a professional one, and I will be providing the brand guidelines and color schemes that need to be followed. As for the layout style of the plan, I would prefer a traditional print format. The designer should be knowledgeable about industry standard design practices and have a good understanding of how visuals can effectively communicate messages. I am looking for a design that will engage the audience and make a lasting impression. I have the images/visuals and content to use just need the professional level of uplift for a highly professional document using a Microsoft Powerpoint document.
