Graphic Design for Educational Brochure
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Valiant Education is seeking an experienced and creative freelance graphic designer to design a professional brochure for our suite of training programmes. This brochure will be used both digitally and in print, and it must clearly present the value of our property and business training courses to prospective clients in an engaging and visually appealing way.
Project Scope:
1. Brochure Format:
Length: Approximately 10–15 pages
Output: Print-ready PDF and digital version (optimised for online viewing)
Style: Clean, professional, visually engaging (aligned with our brand)
Format: A4 landscape or portrait, depending on design suitability
2. Content to Include:
Company introduction and ethos
Overview of our key training programmes:
Property Profits 1-Day Event
Property Sourcing Intensive
Low Money Down Intensive
BRR Intensive
Property Launchpad
Property Wealth Accelerator
Business Accelerator (if needed)
Programme features, benefits, and what clients can expect
Client testimonials and success stories (supplied)
Key team member bios (supplied)
Pricing options (if required – to be discussed)
Clear calls to action (book a call, register interest, etc.)
Contact details and social media links
3. Responsibilities:
Develop the layout and structure of the brochure based on provided brand guidelines
Collaborate with our marketing team for content flow and image selection
Source high-quality stock images (if needed)
Include graphics/icons to make content visually digestible
Provide two design concepts and incorporate feedback into final version
Deliver final files in PDF format for print and web
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience designing brochures for training, events, or education sectors
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or other professional design tools
Ability to mimic the style of brochures similar to the “Expert Empires Mastermind” document (attached)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Portfolio of similar work is required
Timeline:
Start Date: ASAP
First Draft: Within 10 business days of project start
Final Version: Within 15–20 business days of project start
