Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative graphic designer to design a mini booklet (digital and print-ready) for our upcoming community project in Uganda, the Love Karamoja Christmas Party 2025. This project is part of our initiative to support the Karamojong community, highlighting their culture, challenges, and the positive impact of our Christmas event. The booklet will be used to present the project to sponsors and partners, so it should be professional, visually engaging, and aligned with the theme of cultural preservation and community support.

Deliverables:
6-7 page mini booklet design in PDF format, optimized for both digital sharing and print (high resolution).
Cover page with an eye-catching image and project title.
Pages with organized sections for Project Overview, Challenges, Event Goals, Sponsor Benefits, and Contact Information.
Use of high-quality images, icons, and culturally appropriate colors to bring the theme to life.
Consistent design elements, including font, color palette, and layout.
Design Requirements:
Use of earthy tones and warm colors to reflect Karamoja’s landscape and culture.
Integration of icons and visual elements to represent activities and key information.
Minimalist but culturally sensitive and impactful design style.
Consistent margins, headers, and footers to maintain a professional look.
Qualifications:
Proven experience designing booklets, brochures, or similar marketing materials.
Portfolio showcasing high-quality design work, especially for non-profits, cultural, or community-focused projects.
Proficiency in design software like Adobe InDesign, Canva, or Lucidpress.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with provided content to create visually compelling layouts.
