Graphic Design / Photoshop Work Needed

Hi there, I am looking for someone to design an image for a birthday party to use as the Facebook event image. I have generated something using an Al tool online but it is not quite what I am after. I want a very similar layout to the ai image but I want the only writing on the image to be "Derek's 60th" and I would like the football uniform to be red and black like the one I will send through. I also need a head photoshopped onto footballers body - I will send through two pictures to see what works best. For the images in the background I would like them to be similar to ai photo but related to - golf, AFL footy, cricket, beer, barbecue, horse raising, building/handyman related. Background colour would be up to you but I would like it to go in with the red and black theme. Could you please quote me a price and timeframe this could be completed in?
