Graphic Design Assistant (on-going)
Budget: €3 – €15 EUR
My studio is growing, and I am looking for a highly skilled graphic design assistant to collaborate on various support and production tasks. I work with premium products and brands, so precision and excellence are absolutely essential.
- Main Responsibilities:
Recreate files between different software (CorelDraw ⇆ Illustrator ⇆ Photoshop, among others) with 100% accuracy.
Prepare files for print with professional prepress standards: color systems, bleeds, typography, ICC profiles, and other technical details.
Anticipate potential production and printing issues, offering solutions before they arise.
Occasionally collaborate on creative projects (concept and design).
- Mandatory Requirements:
Proven experience in prepress and professional graphic design.
Advanced proficiency in multiple software: CorelDraw, Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva, etc.
Absolute accuracy (no tolerance for even the slightest error).
Fluent communication in English or Spanish (native or professional level).
Availability and fast response time (this is not a job for someone who takes days to reply).
Speed and efficiency in task execution, without compromising quality.
- Nice to Have:
Previous experience working in studios/agencies handling premium products.
Proactivity and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A strong eye for detail and an obsessive commitment to quality.
- Conditions:
Payment will be hourly, but bonus rewards will be given for work delivered quickly and precisely.
This can become a long-term collaboration for the right candidate.
* Important:
Please include specific examples of projects where you prepared print-ready files (not just digital designs). Applications without relevant examples will not be considered.
P.S. I am only looking for true professionals, not amateurs with pirated software pretending to be designers. I am a designer myself and will immediately recognize poor skills or lack of expertise. If you overpromise and underdeliver, expect negative feedback.
