About Us
Nimaya Foundation is a not-for-profit career accelerator, co-founded by Navya Naveli Nanda and Samyak Chakraborty, preparing young women from underserved communities for the AI-powered digital economy. We have impacted 3,900+ learners across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Haryana through partnerships with UN Women, FICCI-FLO, SEWA, Mumbai Police, and others.
Role Overview
We are looking to engage a design agency that can provide end-to-end visual support, including a graphic designer and a visualizer, to work on high-quality training decks, posters, motion-led communication creatives, and brand assets. This is not a basic Canva task. Each deck requires strong visual thinking, custom graphics, and clear storytelling. The agency will work closely with our Design Consultant and internal team.
Scope of Work
Design training decks (70–80 slides per deck) using Canva while maintaining a fixed brand system
Convert content into strong visual narratives (visualizer capability required)
Create custom graphics (not template-only work)
Design posters, communication creatives, and social media assets
Add light motion or micro-animations where required
Maintain consistency across typography, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy
Iterate quickly based on structured feedback and strict deadlines
Required Skills & Tools
Advanced Canva design with custom layouts and brand systems
Strong understanding of typography, spacing, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
Photo editing using professional tools
Motion or animation experience using After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools
Ability to take visual briefs and deliver polished, production-ready outputs
Strong deadline ownership and collaboration skills
Engagement Details
Contract duration: 2 months (extendable by 1 month if required)
Time commitment: ~25 hours per week (flexible, delivery-driven)
Location: Mumbai (hybrid) or remote-friendly with occasional office visits
Compensation: ₹25,000 per month
