Graphic Design

I'm looking to get MC (motorcyle club) themed team shirts made up for my team at work ... we are not a biker club. I need a logo like you would see on the back of a biker vest with rockers and a logo in the centre designed. We're a propane distribution business. I attached a pdf with some ideas. The "Beard Gang" top rocker would be replaced with "Propane" something - a play on words type thing. Like, Propane Prophets, Propane Power or something along that lines. The bottom rocker will have different locations - like "SASKATCHEWAN" The 1%er patch would be replaced with the 1075 placard or we could do the exact same as the 1%er but change it to "80%er" -- were not outlaws...we fill tanks to 80% capacity. The MC (Motorcylce Club) patch would be replaced with "PC" for Propane Club. The centre logo will need to be designed. Propane is known for a crisp blue flame. the pdf has a ring burner flame and I think that might look cool in the centre. Or I also include one that is more clipart-ish and one that is more "flamey" with longer flames - more campfireish. But, our goal with propane is a crisp blue flame so that ring might be OK. We could even place the 1075 Placard (diamond) in the centre too and keep the 80%er patch on the left. Or, if the designed can come up with a biker looking guy holding a hose connected to a propane tak depciting him filling the tank that'd be cool too. Finallay the page with all the smaller patches ... we might use these shirts for employee recognition - like "Safe Driver" "# Years" etc etc. same font and a style like the any of them except the banner. We would screen these on the left chest, sleeve by wrist or incoroprate into the main design on the back of the shirt. I would need this entire thing in a vector file for our printer to screen onto the shirts.
