Graphic Design

I need someone that will take a look at my podcast website, FB/Insta page, email templates, etc and tighten up the color and images across all platforms. I would also be open to suggestions on how to make them better graphically. This is a podcast not a company, but if we work well together there could be additional work such as illustrating a character and developing templates for action plans.
I would be looking for a someone who understands the female perspective, as this is my target audience. I need someone that communicates well; therefore not requiring multiple edits.
