Graphic Creation from Webpage Screenshot

I'm in need of a professional graphic that mimics a webpage based on a provided screenshot. This graphic is to be included in a research paper. The primary purpose of the mock-up is to represent a news website. I want to include this graphic in the research paper, instead of a screenshot of the webpage.
