Graphic Artwork on Corel Draw template water polo suits

I am looking to create some exciting new graphic artwork in Corel Draw for high schools/clubs/university men's and women's water polo and swim teams. The target audience of the suits/t-shirts/team apparel is both youth and adults. I would like to work with someone who is versed in Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator. I can supply the Corel templates of the apparel and the logo and colors. I am open to suggestions regarding the specific design, so I'm looking for someone who can bring creative ideas to the table and make the project a success.
