Graphic Artist for Board Game Cover Art (Football / Soccer Theme)

Looking for cover art for a board game based on football / soccer. The attached image is basically exactly what I'm looking for, but I would like the jersey to be generic (i.e. no Italy logo), and it should not infringe on the copyright of the attached image. Stance of the player, design of ball, etc. can be different, but the art style and general feel should basically be the attached image.
