Graphic Artist Needed to Create Image of Feyre from ACOTAR

I need an artful, beautiful design similar to the attached photo to be used to sell merch for my business. I do not want you to COPY the design, but use it as inspiration to create an ORIGINAL design. It needs to portray Feyre from A Court of Thorns and Roses from the back, showing her tattoo, so it helps if you're a fan of the series to capture her depiction. Design needs to be graphic and high resolution in Svg format, preferably. I can pay up to $20 for this original design. More work may be available in the future for the right candidate.
