Gory Band Logo for 'Decrepit Entity'

I'm seeking a graphic designer to refine the concept for our band's t-shirt logo. The design should convey a disturbing, gory aesthetic, with elements like melting skin on the right and flesh peeling off the eyes on the left, along with a hanging lip.
