Google Maps Location Plan

I need a clear, print-ready location plan of one specific site pulled from Google Maps for my own personal reference. Once I give you the address, please capture the surrounding area at a sensible scale, mark the site boundary in a way that stands out, and add a north arrow, a scale bar, and the key street names so anyone can orient themselves at a glance.

Deliverables
• High-resolution PDF and PNG of the finished plan, sized for A4.
• Source file (Illustrator, QGIS, AutoCAD, or similar) in case I need small tweaks later.

I don’t require extra landmarks unless they naturally aid orientation. Use whatever mapping or graphic tools you’re comfortable with—accuracy and legibility are what matter most.
