4 Golf logo

We need a logo design for a new company being set up in Vancouver, BC Canada called "4 Golf". We are a small Mom's and Pop's business that features indoor golf simulators. Customers will rent space by the hour an play virtual golf courses. I would like the logo to match the colour scheme of the local NHL hockey team, the Vancouver Canucks. Blue and Green and white as close as possible to the image attached. Our idea for the logo is to be business casual. Inviting but not cartoonish. Also if we can work in iconic implements of the game of golf itself (putter, ball, tee, etc.) without too much clutter. Cleanliness over busyness.
