Gift Card For Expansion Stores, Purchasable, Usable and Trackable For All Channels and Expansions

My team and I are interested in creating a gift card system that allows gift cards to be purchased online or in any of our expansion stores. These gift cards must be able to be used in any location and trackable so that the location purchased/redeemed in can be properly credited/debited. If purchased on line we like the Gift Card Hero format, allowing purchaser to send card to recipient. We will purchase actual gift cards from the shopify store for in store transactions. The time frame for completion of this project should be completed in less than a month. The gift card system will be both physical and digital, and we would like the system to include a tracking system as well. If a tracking system does not already exist, one will need to be created. We are looking for a reliable freelancer who can complete this work within the specified timeframe. Thank you for considering our project.
