Geometric Mandala Tattoo

I'm looking for an experienced tattoo artist to create a medium-sized geometric mandala tattoo for my arm. The photo attached shows an existing tattoo on my arm (the black oval one with lines). I want to create a new tattoo using and/or covering these lines. The new tattoo will extend beyond the oval to each side. The blue & yellow color portion isn’t going to change, just the black design.

Requirements:
- Artistic skill in geometric designs
- Experience with mandala patterns
- Tattooing experience, especially on the arm
