Gemstone Laboratory Certificate and Appraisal Trifold Brochure Mockup

We are a Gemstone and Appraisal company. I would like a Certificate and Appraisal Trifold Brochure mockup. The certificate will be a laminated 2" x 3.5" representation of the gemstone with an image of the gem, an area for the details/characteristics and an area for a signature. The trifold appraisal brochure shall be 8.5" x 11", include an area for a large image of the gemstone, an area for the details/characteristics as well as an area for a declaration/signature on behalf of the gemologist.
Use the following attachments as examples. Also, use the attached logo as a placeholder.
The lower area of the trifold will be a hologram ribbon within the paper. No need to design this hologram as I have artists working on this detail.
