Game Visuals Redesign

I'm looking for a talented designer who can help us change the visuals of our game. Currently, the game has a realistic style and will take place in an urban environment, but I need someone who can adapt the visuals to a nature setting and possibly even a fantasy one. The user interface is also set to change, so experience with UI design is a must.
