GRAPHICS DESIGN

I'm looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a web banner for a promotional campaign. The banner should be designed in standard web banner size (728x90 pixels). This banner will be used as part of a digital media campaign and should be visually appealing and eye-catching.
The goal of the banner is to promote our brand to potential customers, so the banner should be creative and unique while also remaining consistent with our existing branding. The finished product must be original and free from any copyright infringements.
I'm looking for someone who has experience in creating graphics for promotional campaigns and who is technically proficient with software such as Adobe Photoshop. Experience with HTML and CSS coding is favored but not necessarily required.
