GIF and Static Display Ads for Nonprofit Business

I'm looking to have some display banner ads created as a GIF as well as a static image for a nonprofit business I'm representing. We will need the GIFs and Banners in a few different sizes. Hoping to work with someone who can start ASAP and deliver within a 7-day time frame.
