Futuristic App Redesign & Migration

I am seeking a skilled professional to undertake a complete redesign of my existing application. It needs an entire new visual identity, therefore a solid understanding of graphic design is necessary. The key components of this redesign include:

- User Interface (UI) design: Equip the app with an intuitive and visually appealing interface that is easy to navigate.

- User Experience (UX) design: Revamp the overall functional element of the app to offer a smooth, user-friendly experience.

- Branding and Visual Identity: Create a fresh identity for the app that matches with our brand's persona.

The backend of this app runs on CodeIgniter and I require a full migration as a part of this project, so proficiency in this PHP framework is necessary.
