I am eeking a skilled individual to assist me in the creation of a custom furniture package catalogue. The project is straightforward but requires attention to detail and a keen eye for design. I have an existing PDF catalogue that showcases furniture items for the common areas of a housing project. The goal is to expand this catalogue to include new items while maintaining the same format. However, I am also open to improvements in the design if you can enhance its visual appeal and functionality.

Scope of Work:
Catalogue Expansion: The primary task involves replacing furniture items to the existing catalogue. I will provide an Excel file and a PDF catalogue with details and images of the additional furniture pieces to be included.
Package Creation: We require three distinct packages to be developed:
A furniture package for a 3-bedroom house
A furniture package for a 1-bedroom apartment
A furniture package for a 2-bedroom apartment
Design Consistency: The new catalogues should either maintain the existing format or propose a new layout that improves upon it, ensuring a professional and cohesive look throughout.
Final Deliverables: The final products should be delivered in PDF format, ready for print and digital use.

Requirements:
Proficiency in graphic design and layout software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator)
Experience in catalogue or brochure design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work
Ability to work with Excel files for item details and images
Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback
Ideally spanish speaker
